At the conclusion of the auction, Parcels 1 – 7 (inclusive) will be offered for sale ‘en bloc’. To be eligible to bid ‘en bloc’, in ROUND 1 a bidder must: • have been high bidder on at least 3 Parcels AND • have bid on all Parcels. The Starting Bid for the ‘en bloc’ is set at $130,000 in addition to the total of all high bids for all Parcels (including Starting Bids on Parcels, if any, not receiving bids in round one). By utilizing CLHbid’s unique ‘en bloc’ system, bidders will have an opportunity to keep the rich, prime farmland and grazing acres together and either get all of Parcels 1 -7, or none. Purchasing all Parcels ‘en bloc’ alleviates the risk of owning a half section twenty miles from your home base. These are highly fertile acres that are deep in organic matter and ready to go to work for any grain farmer or rancher, given today's commodity prices.
