'Cattle Grazer 004' is a 1,761 Acre, 339 AUM Forest Grazing Licence ("FGL") located 6 miles northwest of Bragg Creek, Alberta, with a low starting bid of $5,000.  Please see the General Information & Bidding Requirements Summary, the Forest Grazing Licence Agreement, and the Operating Standards for Alberta's Public Land Grazing Dispositions in the Parcel Details section for more information.

'Cattle Grazer 004' is being offered for sale via online electronic tender by CLHbid.com.  Please check the website for updates from time to time.

Viewing of Property: Should you wish to view the Forest Grazing Licence land we confirm you are able to do so, however you must ensure you are not trespassing on private property, crossing grazing leases without contacting the Lessee first, or entering First Nations reserve land (Tsuu T'ina Nation 145 reserve lies directly East of the Forest Grazing Licence).  Please be aware that there is potential of trespass livestock.  In addition to this, we ask that you be aware that hunters may be present at any time as well.  The easiest way to access the Forest Grazing Licence lands is to follow a trail developed by the Bragg Creek Trails Association and come in from the South and go North roughly 1.5 to 2.5 miles along the Telephone Loop trail. The trail does not connect right to the lands but around the 2.5 mile mark if one looks East at the right spot they would see the cutline for the cross fence between Section 19 and 30 and would only need to walk about 100 yards further East to get to the cross fence.

Should you have any issues with viewing the Forest Grazing Licence lands, we ask that you contact the rangeland agrologist. You can find this information by using the Rangeland Agrologist Working Area Map.
